Document Description
The applicant is requesting a Site Development Permit to construct a two-story, approximately 9,500 square foot office building. In addition the project would also construct various site improvements, which includes associated hardscape, retaining walls and landscaping. The 4.94 acre project site is located just east of the terminus of Scheidler Way in the MV-CO (Commercial Office) and RS-1-1 (Single Family Residential) within the Mission Valley Planned District of the Mission Valley Community Plan area. (LEGAL Lot 1 of Nagel Tract Unit No. 2 Subdivision, Map 4737). The site is not included on any Government Code Listing of hazardous waste sites.
