Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0222-R5 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Cascades Park Properties, LCC. The applicant proposes to fill in a portion of Grapevine Creek, tributary to the Los Angeles River, to place a road and create a new water course of approximately 275 linear feet. The project will permanently remove 0.08 acres of riparian habitat that the applicant will mitigate by creating 0.32 acres of creek habitat that will be revegetated with locally collected native vegetation.
