Document Description
Sacramento County Regional Parks proposes to develop two small parcels of land on the north bank of the American River in the Woodlake area of the American River Parkway. Facilities to be constructed at the Northgate location include: replacement gravel over an existing access road and parking lot for ten cars, replacement post and cable fencing, an entry sign, an interpretive kiosk and a replacement entry gate. Facilities to be constructed at the Expo Parkway location will include a pre-fabricated vault restroom building, a concrete picnic table, post and cable fencing, an interpretive kiosk and an asphalt path from the bike trail to the restroom.
