The project will be a minor, positive land alteration which will environmentally enhance the project area for the purposes of protecting agricultural land and maintain and enhance fish and wildlife habitat areas by removing water-inefficient non-native plant species on 20 acres as well as stabilize and enhance riparian habitat on no more than 5 acres of disturbed stream bank using bio-engineering and restoration practices. The land alterations will not significantly or negatively alter the physical properties or ecological functions of the land, water, or vegetation.
