The project proposes restoration of creek function and enhancement of fish and wildlife habitat by relocating the creek to the historic meandering meadow surface channel, and reconstruction of the concrete box road crossing at County Road 133C. There will be no significant adverse impact to endangered, rare, or threatened species or their habitat. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site. The project will not result in cumulatively significant impacts. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
