Document Description
The Department of General Services intends to enter into a lease for approximately 8,200 net usable square feet of office space at 9439 Archibald Avenue, Suite 108, in Rancho Cucamonga to accommodate the consolidation and relocation of the San Diego and the Los Angeles offices (Areas III and IV) of Construction Services Branch. The consolidation/relocation will allow cost effective service to the southern California region with the office to be housed in appropriate space at a location that is well serviced by public transit and other services.
