Document Description
The project consists of upgrades to the existing effluent monitoring station capabilities at the 'X09' process area of the facility. The majority of the upgrades are within or in close proximity to the Outfall Clean Sampling Structure facility. A small retaining wall will also be constructed as part of the project to prevent process spills/drainage from leaving the plant area. The wall will be constructed within the fence line of the process area.
