The project consists of the repair of three crushed, bent caps on the Franklin Boulevard Lost Slough bridge. Construction will require the installation of a temporary access road along the west side of the bridge from the southwest corner of the bridge north to the project area (approximately 178 feet). The construction of the access road will temporarily impact some wetland habitat. Upon completion of the project, the wetland habitat will be restored to its pre-project conditions.
The project consists of the repair of an existing County facility with no expansion of use beyond that existing, and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
