Document Description
The Applicant proposes to improve the management of streams and channels in Sonoma County Water Agency jurisdiction through establishing programmatic guidance. The Sonoma County Water Agency (SCWA) has developed the Stream Maintenance Program (SMP) to improve the management of streams and channels in SCWA's jurisdiction through establishing programmatic guidance. The SMP provides the organizational framework to oversee routine stream and channel maintenance activities. The SMP has three primary activities: sediment management, vegetation management, and bank stabilization.
