Document Description
The project site is a former orchard consisting of 6.33 acres. The property is surrounded by single family residential development. Approval of the proposed subdivision would result in the creation of 30 single-family lots. Street improvements proposed for the subdivision include constructing extensions of Fuschia Way and Mallard Lane for vehicular access. The development of the lots will be required to meet the standards set forth in the Oakley Redevelopment Area Planned Unit District (PD-SH) which establishes minimum lot sizes and dimensions, minimum setbacks, height requirements, accessory structures requirements and parking requirements as development as part of the PD-SH district. New development will also be required to meet the guidelines and standards of the City of Oakley's Residential Design Guidelines.
