Document Description
A Coastal Development Permit for the demolition of an approximately 7,000 square foot restaurant and office space to be replaced with an approximately 5,000 square foot structure proposed for the same use. Approximately 13,000 cubic yards of engineered fill will be required in order to bring the new structure to the required one foot above base flood elevation. In the Coastal Zone, this amount of fill requires a CUP. As a part of this project, a new septic system and a new well are proposed. The +\- 7.7 acre parcel is also developed with a card-lock style gas station and scrap metal yard.
