Document Description
The City of Manteca Water Master Plan was developed to guide improvement and expansion of the City's water system to meet current and future needs for safe, reliable water supply and distribution system. The Water Master Plan addresses the water requirements of the City of Manteca 2023 General Plan and recommends capital improvements to support existing infrastructure and customer demands as well as planned new development. The City is proposing to construct and operate new wells and wellhead treatment facilities, blending facilities, storage tanks, pipelines, and associated facilities. All of these facilities are needed to provide adequate municipal and industrial water supply within the City's service area.
