The purpose of the 2005 Water Master Plan is to provide a comprehensive planning document to guide improvement and expansion of the City of Manteca's water system to meet current and future needs for a safe, reliable water supply and distribution system. The WMP addresses the water requirements of the City of Manteca 2023 General Plan, and recommends capital improvements to support existing infrastructure and customer demands, as well as planned new development.
