- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0045-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Angelo Christie/ ARI 208, LLC. Project is limited to the removal and replacement of existing culverts and the construction of new culverts and an outfall structure at three locations along Douglas Road and North-South Road. The proposed project includes the following components: Mass Grading Douglas Rd. Quadruple Culvert with Junction Box (West of Americanos Blvd.) Douglas Road culvert (East of Americanos Blvd.). Douglas Road Culvert at North/South Road Intersection.
