Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0357-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Ron Bertolina. The proposed project includes the development of a residential community and associated infrastructure within a 210-acre property. Approx. 86.6 acres will be used for the purpose of constructing single-family dwellings, 11.1 acres for a school site, 7.7 acres for a community park, and 1.5 acres for a neighborhood green space. The proposed project includes the following components: mass grading and the construction of detention basins and associated infrastructures.
