CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0006-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, GBD Communities.
The proposed project will include the development of residential land uses and associated infrastructure and will include construction of 379 single-family residential lots of varying lot sizes, one central neighborhood park, and four landscape lots to be located adjacent to Elk Grove Florin Road with Florin-Vineyard Community Plan (FVCP) area. Access to the proposed project will be provided via two new roads to be constructed off Gardner Park Avenue and three new roads off Elk-Grove Florin Road. Existing roadside ditch will be undergrounded into a piped storm drain to continue to convey stormwater.
