Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2009-0215-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Phillip Harvey, Petrovich Development Company.
The Project is limited to the piping of a 1,160 linear foot drainage ditch, tributary to Elder Creek. The surface water flow will be re-routed and placed into the on-site storm drain system (24-inch pipe), which will connect to the County's storm drain system on Elk Grove-Florin Road.
