Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project. The 36.9-acre Project consists of mass grading in preparation for the construction of a mixed-use community comprised of commercial and multi-family residential units. Approximately 3,198 cubic yards of clean soil will be used to fill 0.938 acres of seasonal wetlands. In addition, approximately 0.053 acre/1,160 linear feet of drainage ditch will be re-routed into a 24-inch pipe and connected to a county to a county storm drain system on Elk Grove-Florin Rd.
