The proposed project is the development of land by the Auburn Area Recreation and Park District as a community park. The land is currently owned by the Auburn Area Recreation and Park District and is vacant. The project site consists of Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 038-250-081 and (APN) 038-250-082. A park development plan is under consideration at this time, however potential uses contemplated include trails, picnic tables, benches, a parking lot, a pedestrian bridge and basketball court.
