CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0205-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sacramento County Dept. of Airport.
The project is limited to the realignment service airport service road that will require fill of 480-feet (0.054 acres) of the unnamed tributary by extension of an existing culvert by 40 feet (0.005 acres). After the road is realigned, 6-inches of crushed aggregate will be placed on the realigned road.
