Document Description
The proposed project consists of constructing an elementary school (K through grade 5) that would include: 8 classroom buildings, 2 kindergarten buildings and a play area, restroom facilities, and parking; administration, library, and multi-use portable buildings; and 1 soccer field and 1 baseball field. The proposed school has a master plan capacity of 660 students with with faculty and support staff would include approximately 720 people. Nighttime lighting would be required for buildings and parking lots. Recreational areas such as playing fields will not have nighttime lighting. The school would be built in one phase beginning in early spring 2006. The proposed elementary school would be open for the 2007 to 2008 school year.
