Document Description
The project is adopting Waste Discharge and Water Recycling Requirements for an IWTP located at SCLA. The 2.5 Million Gallons per day (MGD) IWTP will dispose of excess disinfected tertiary treated recycled water at percolation pond No. 14, after recycled water is applied for other beneficial uses. The Regional Board, as a Responsible Agency, relied upon two previous Mitigated Negative Declarations prepared by the City of Victorville and VVWRA.
