Water from Well 26A will be pumped through the onsite resin ion exchange unit where the uranium will bind with the resin, thereby allowing the water leaving the unit to meet the California Department of Health Services Drinking Water standards. When the resin approaches its removal capacity, the resin will be removed and replaced with fresh resin.
