A 1.5 acre fire station is proposed on the westerly corner of Patterson Road and Doris Avenue and a 7.0 acre elementary school is proposed with an approximately 5.90 acre adjoining city park; a 4.0 acre park/retention basin is proposed on the corner of Patterson and Teal Club Roads. Approximately 37,000 square feet of retail space is proposed on the corner of Ventura Road and Doris Avenue.
