Document Description
The project proposes the development of up to 6,050 residential units on Planning Areas 18, 39, and Lot 109 of Planning Area 33. Additional proposed uses within these Planning Areas include a school site, parks and trails, and infrastructure to support the project. Development intensity within Planning Area 34 would be reduced by 2,340,500 square feet.
