The division will create one on-site road. The proposed road name is Frontage Road. The proposed project will result in the disturbance of the entire 5.0 acre parcel. The proposed project is within the Commercial Retail land use category and is located on the west side of South Frontage Road (at 170 South Frontage Road), west of Highway 101, approximately 400 feet south of W. Tefft Street, in the community of Nipomo. The project site is in the South County Inland, Nipomo planning area.
