Document Description
The Project will install roadway improvements westward from the existing H St., right-of-way at the SD&AE railroad crossing to Marina Pkwy. The Project totals approx. 4.25 acres in size and is located along the northern boundary of the former Goodrich South Campus within the H Street corridor. Grading activities are estimated at 17,000 CY of cut, and 10,000 CY of fill. The resulting export quantity of 7,000 CY would result in approximately 700 truck round-trips. The former South Campus area will be utilized for temporary staging areas for the construction activity.
