Document Description
The proposed project involves development, operation and maintenance of the proposed Harbor Park. The proposed project will include demolition of the existing park, grading, landscaping, parking areas, wayfinding signage and public amenities, including multi-purpose lawns, improved beach, walking and biking paths, play areas, and associated sand nourishment program on the Chula Vista Bayfront. The project would be constructed in multiple phases. Phase 1A would commence in early 2023 and is anticipated to complete in early 2024.
