Proposal by Mike & Debi Ford for a major grading permit to allow for a driveway, building pad for a single family residence with an attached garage, and realignment of a drainage swale which will result in the disturbance of approximately 29,000 square feet of a 2 acre parcel and 1,600 cubic yards of cut and 1,600 cubic yards of fill. The proposed project is within the Agriculture land use category and is located on the south side of Burgandy Lane (at 6250 Burgandy Lane), approximately 0.08 mile east of Vintage Hills, approximately 7 miles east of the city of Paso Robles. The site is in the El Pomar/Estrella planning area.
