Document Description
The project includes approximately 1,170,000 square feet of regional shopping center development. The shopping center is planned to include a range of retail outlets and services, including such uses as discount warehouse, general merchandise, retail, as well as a variety of medium and small size retailers, service providers, and restaurants. It will also include a 16-screen movie theatre.
