The project consists of the reorganization of the Carmel Valley Fire Protection District, which would result in two separate fire Districts, one in the easterly portion of the valley, and one in the westerly area, previously known as Mid-Carmel Valley Fire District, including the Santa Lucia area and two recently annexed areas known as Twelfth Tee Investors and White Rock.
