Document Description
Rio Vistancia, a proposed 239 lot subdivision on 113.75 acres with 2 commercial pads reserved which will require a CUP when the use is determined. This project is near the Colorado River, but not adjoining it. The State has reserved a 50' strip above the high water line for public use and the BLM as granted a road easement to access the beach. The developer is granting land for a parking area near the beach and is planning on making some improvements to the beach such as shade structures, etc.
