The proposed project consists of the construction of a parking structure north of the existing Casino building; widening of Casino Way; enclosure of the Sycuan Creek and an associated drainage into a box culvert; improving Casino Way Bridge over the North Fork of the Sweetwater River; and the undergrounding of approximately 2,700 linear feet of existing SDG&E 69kV overhead electrical lines.
