Document Description
The proposed Lotus Ranch project consists of 213 acres south of I-8. The proposed project includes 616 single-family residential units and an optional elementary school site. If the school site is not built an additional 70 residential units will be built. The project would require an Annexation, Change of Zone, and Tentative Map.
