There is currently one residence, well, septic system and numerous out buildings on the site.

The property is located at 8998 Live Oak Lane, approximately 4 miles southerly of the Wallace area. From State Route Hwy. 26, at the intersection with Ospital Road, go approximately 3 +/- miles north to Live Oak Lane, turn right and proceed approximately 1/4 mile, to the third driveway on the right, being the project site.
