The project proposes progressive seasonal injection of spawning sized gravel from the north bank to force water into an existing screened agricultural diversion system, using gravel stockpiled above the north bank, in accordance with existing water rights. There will be no removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees as a result of this project. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
