Document Description
The City of Millbrae's proposed Cogeneration Plant is located at the City's Corporation Yard at 400 E. Millbrae Avenue. The proposed project involves installation and operation of an Ingersoil Rand MT250 outdoor package Microturbine to replace the City's Existing 100 hp internal Combustion engine, currently fueled by digester gas. The purpose of the project is to produce cleaner air in the area (and Air Basin), reduce electrical utility costs, and provide alternative disposal of inedible kitchen grease.
