The project is Categorically Exempt as per section 15305, Class 3, of the CEQA guidelines which consists on minor alteration to land use limitations. The applicants are placing a 24x62 foot building on the site which is under the limitations of CEQA guidelines. An Initial Study has been completed on the prior project 2003-62 for Foothill Fire with adoption of a Negative Declaration and the project did not result in any changes that would create in any environmental impacts.
