The proposed project is for Phase 1 of the extension of the Downtown Tulare Streetscape along both sides of "K" Street from San Joaquin Avenue to Cross Avenue. This includes the installation of decorative sidewalk, and ornamental lighting, bollards, curbside planters with street trees and landscaping, automatic drip irrigation systems, and pedestrian-friendly crosswalk treatments.
