Document Description
The installation of a Boeing Delta III rocket on a concrete pad at the northwest corner of the new surface parking lot that is currently under construction at the corner of Main Place and Broadway. The rocket will be suspended above the pad by two metal braces. An eight foot wrought iron fence will enclose the pad and interpretive signage for the rocket.

The project is exempt from CEQA as it is located in the Specific Development No. 65 (SD65) Zoning District and has a General Plan land use designation of Professional and Administrative Offices (PAO). The project is consistent with the original EIR for the existing applicable General Plan designation and all General Plan policies as well as with applicable zoning regulations. The site can be served by all required utilities and public services and would not result in any significant effect relating to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality.
