Document Description
The proposed project consists of the removal of approximately 850' of 36" concrete and mortar lined steel pipe which has been exposed since the early spring of 2001 and abundoned and empty since the winter of 2001. Also slated for removal are three 20' steel "I" beams which were installed back in the initial part of 2001 when the pipe became exposed to add support of the pipeline and prevent the pipe from collapsing into the river.
