The Department of Water Resources (DWR) proposes to change its water rights and correct the inadvertant omission of the OFWD service area through a change petition submitted to the SWRCB pursuant to Water Code Section 1700 et. seq. The proposed project will not change the operations of the SWP nor result in any changes in annual diversions through the SWP Banks Pumping Plant.
