LAFCO is affirming the City of Colusa's General Plan EIR certified on October 30, 2007. As a responsible agency, LAFCO is using the City's EIR for its revision/update of the City's Sphere of Influence anticipates little infill growth and no expansion into environmentally sensitive areas. The footprint for development will not change from that contemplated in the City's General Plan. No land use designations are being changed. No new construction activity will result from adoption of this Sphere of Influence Update.
