Vacant, unimproved site/Planned Development/Business and Professional Office
The proposed project includes the development of approximately 135,000 square feet of retail space in 10 buildings, including two major anchor space of approximately 28,000 square feet each and the remaining eight buildings ranging from 6,000 to 14,000 square feet in area, 642 parking spaces, and site landscaping. One public access will be provided to the site from Rowland Boulevard at the north of the project site, and an emergency vehicle access will be provided at the south end of the site.
