Document Description
The Tivoli Specific Plan is a project proposing the development of about 454 acres with residential and commercial uses. Pursuant to the requirements of the adopted Tivoli Specific Plan, the applicant has prepared the Facilities Master Plan (FMP) and Infrastructure Financing Plan (IFP) for the Tivoli Specific Plan. The FMP provides a detailed analysis and description of the main infrastructure required to serve the Specific Plan area. The IFP identifies cost and funding mechanisms to construct the main infrastructure identified in the Facilities Master Plan. The FMP and IFP are explicitly contemplated in the Tivoli Specific Plan Program EIR. The proposed FMP and IFP for the Tivoli Specific Plan are planning documents that will guide future infrastructure development. Future development projects proposed within the project area will require furthur environmental review. The FMP and IFP intend to implement the applicable mitigation measures identified in the Program EIR.
