Rezoning of 6.1 +/- acres from the "RR" (Rural Residential) to the "R-1-6" (Single Family Residential) Zone District; concurrent Tentative Map and Conditional Use Permit to divide the property into 39 lots (Small Lot Subdivision) for the construction of 39 single family detached residences. The site is provided as Exhibit A to this Initial Study. The proposed subdivision is depicted in Exhibit B.
