Document Description
The Amended and Restated Development Agreement (ARDA) incorporates amendments to the original Development Agreement (DA) including but not limited to an extension of the term and changes to reflect current conditions in the City, previously satisfied obligations, the timing of public improvements and affordable units, and funding obligations proportionate with the development. The City Council approved the ARDA through Ordinance 24-11 on November 20, 2024.
