Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0119-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Plymouth. The project includes the construction of an approximately 8.5 mile pipeline (12-inch pressure rated PVC). The proposed pipeline crosses over and under Dry, Rancheria, Amador, Sutter Creeks and numerous unnamed tributaries.
