Construction and operation of an 8.2-mile treated water pipeline from the existing Amador Water Agency water treatment plant south of the City of Sutter Creek to the City of Plymouth water treatment plant east of the City of Plymouth. Construction and operation of a 1.5 million gallon water storage tank east of the City of Plymouth. Construction and operation of a 1.5 million gallon water storage tank east of the City of Sutter Creek. The pipeline would be buried in existing roadways and within acquired right-of-way-within rural areas.
