Document Description
The applicant is proposing to demolish an existing 2,046 square-foot vacant commercial building and a 1,100 square foot single-family home to construct 12 new residential units on three parcels located at 966, 1000, and 1002 Willow Road. The project site fronts onto the segment of Willow Road that connects to Bay Road. The rear of the project site is adjacent to the right-of-way for the Willow Road off ramp from Highway 101.
